Receiving

When your vendors ship to our warehouse, we take it from there. Here's exactly what happens to every piece that comes through our dock:

    Upon arrival, every package is inspected for visible damage. We accept and sign for your shipments, document anything that looks off with photos, and notify you right away so you can decide whether to keep or return the item.

    A full inspection follows: unpacking, photographing, and noting any damages or defects. Everything is uploaded into your online account for your review.

  3. 3

    If an item is damaged, we document everything in detail and notify you right away, so you have what you need to resolve the return or repair with your vendor.

  4. 4

    Once an item has passed full inspection, it is repacked and placed in your designated area of the warehouse - organized by project - until installation day.

Storage

Our secure warehouse keeps your clients' furniture in showroom condition, organized by client and project. For temperature-sensitive pieces, we offer dedicated climate-controlled space - just let us know what needs it.

Items are organized by client and project. When you log into the client portal, you'll see a real-time view of exactly what's in storage, when it arrived, and its current status.

Installation

Every install can be a simple blanket drop-off or full white glove placement. Whether you want pieces just dropped off at the house or placed in their designated spot, we've got you. We also take care of removing all packing material and disposing of it. Just let us know what you want and we will take care of it - we are here to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied with their new items.

Blanket Drop-Off

We blanket-wrap, transport, and bring your pieces to the door or first dry area. Our team removes all boxes and packing material before we leave.

White Glove Placement

Full white glove install with in-room placement exactly where you want it. We remove all packaging and leave the space clean and ready.

Final Touch Installation

Our Final Touch Installation takes the install to a whole other level. Once scheduled, we make sure to leave a lasting impression on your clients - ensuring even the finest details don't go unnoticed. Just let us know what you need and we will make sure it is all taken care of.
