Get Your Account
As soon as you come on board, we set up an online account so you can track items and see inventory status in real time - anytime.

We Prepare Your Space
Once we receive your list of incoming items, we prepare a dedicated area in the warehouse just for you - organized by project.

Receive & Inspect
Every item is unpacked, photographed, and inspected. Any damage is documented and reported to you immediately.

Store & Track
Approved pieces are repacked and placed in your designated warehouse area. Photos and notes are uploaded to your portal so you always know exactly what you have.

Schedule an Install
When you're ready, submit an install request through the Client Portal - just specify the install address, preferred date, and service level. Our team confirms scheduling and coordinates timing with you, then handles everything on install day.
