This Privacy Policy explains how Design Loft Tampa, LLC ("Design Loft Tampa," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you visit designlofttampa.com, use our client and staff portals, or otherwise interact with our receiving, storage, and installation services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact and account details - name, company name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.
- Business and project information - purchase orders, vendor names, item descriptions, room/placement details, tracking numbers, shipping and installation addresses, and photos of received items.
- Billing and payment information - billing contact details and the payment method you elect. Card payments are processed and stored by Intuit / QuickBooks Payments; see "Payment Processing" below.
- Communications - messages, support requests, and information you submit through forms, email, or SMS.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and device data - IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, used to operate and secure the Services.
- Cookies and session tokens - we use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against fraud and abuse. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Services and your account.
- Receive, inspect, catalog, store, and deliver your items, and keep you informed about them.
- Process invoices and payments and maintain accurate financial records.

3. Payment Processing
We use Intuit / QuickBooks Payments to process invoices and, where you authorize it, to keep a card on file. When you enter card details, they are transmitted directly to Intuit and tokenized by Intuit. Design Loft Tampa does not receive or store your full card number or security code. We retain only non-sensitive information such as the card brand, the last four digits, the expiration date, and a token reference, along with a record of your authorization. Intuit's handling of your payment information is governed by Intuit's own privacy policy.
4. Service Providers
We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, only as needed to provide the Services, including:
- Payment processing and accounting - Intuit / QuickBooks.
- Email and SMS delivery - to send notifications and account messages.
- Cloud hosting, storage, and backups - to run the Services and store data securely.
- Security and anti-abuse - to protect forms and accounts from fraud and bots.
These providers are authorized to use your information only to perform services for us. We do not sell your personal information.
5. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose information: to service providers as described above; to comply with applicable law, legal process, or lawful government requests; to enforce our agreements or protect the rights, property, or safety of Design Loft Tampa, our clients, or others; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
